Maybe I am far off base here but I think we can try to go forwards here as we have some chance to block that runner if we hit it and our opp is a bit front loaded.

15/11x 13/9(2) and then either 8/4 or 15/11. If this plan fails we can often force our opp to hit us to escape and hopefully gain back some timing.
