If we play bar/22, then 6/4* seems better than 13/11 -- if we're going to expose another blot, let's put it to work -- but the blot will be hit 2/3 of the time. 13/11 gets hit 30% of the time and doesn't increase our good numbers by much; meanwhile White has complete freedom. 8/6 has no future, especially with bar/22.

And bar/22 alone putting another checker on a blocked point does not look good.

Bar/23 alone looks a lot better than bar/22. And then 8/5 is asking to be hit, and 13/10 gets hit a lot and strips the 13 point. 6/3 gets hit only 55% of the time, puts an extra spare to work, and starts a good point (because any home board point is good here!).

So I'd play bar/23 6/3.
