Video Recording Matches: How do you do it?

Is there a standard or suggested setup for video recording matches? For those who do, what equipment are you using?
I've recorded a few matches using an iPhone and a jury-rigged mic stand with varying results. With the lens it has to be well above the board (using an add-on wide angle lens fish-bowls the video) which makes it difficult to align properly, and there are all kinds of issues with battery and storage life.
I've been very impressed with how they filmed the recent Osaka Open (http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/29871229), the DK VS The World (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeyt5MLOMLU), and the WSOB (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n9KKyaKbM6w).
I know these are higher-level events, but I'd love to know what they're using, and what techniques are being used to avoid issues of lighting, camera movement, storage, sound, setup, etc.
