I used

WebCam

Logitech C920

Software

XSplit http://www.xsplit.com/

or

Open Broadcaster Software http://obsproject.com/

Other

Boom Stand, Note PC, etc....

About Osaka Open setting.

1280 x 720 resolution.(960 x 720 for live, 320 x 720 for XG feed)

30 fps

1000 - 1500 kbps internet upload connections

Most important thing is experience, I think.
