Stick, I think that your oversimplification using "DMP play" term sometimes creates confusion. Of course this is a classical position where we have to judge whether the more gammons won (minus the ones lost) by attacking are enough to justify the (possibly) single games given away compared to the "silent" 21/15, 7/4.

Of course we expect many (possibly most) of the positions of this kind to have as correct play the "dmp" or silent one. However there should be a big percentage of them that have the "aggressive" one as correct play and the answer to those quizes is not that easy (at least not for me). It seems that it is not easy for 2 of the best players in the world, as well, so trying to give more details explanations, like the one Mochy and MCG presented under the "rollout" comments, is more useful for me.
