11/9 (2). Bring those checkers closer. Of course, depending on opps roll, we may not even have a cube next time. grr. and arrgh.

There is something to be said for 8/7(2),11/10(2), but I simply dont think a 5-away hold is a significant enough improvement in our position. Would rather make it a 4-away hold, and play from there. I am sure there is a technical reason why the 9pt is right, but if it isnt 'theres more clearing numbers from there', then I am not sure what it could be.

I suppose we should also consider 13/11(2) as well. I believe thats more suited to different game types, when you need to slow down your bear in deliberately. Not a good enough reason for me in this position. 9pt is my play.
