I agree with that decision and feel it is consistent with the idea of a club championship.

On another note, I disagree with the qualification standards. I'm ok with two appearances in twelve months, but not one appearance in six months. That allows traveling nomads to play in a club they're not really connected with.

In fact, I think it should be something like two appearances in twelve months, with at least a month between appearances.
