It is difficult to assume that both of these players will play the cube correctly after keeping it centered until now. Making that assumption despite the contrary evidence - at this score, at least one of the two player should always be doubling. The player who should be doubling is the one who is going to win the most single games. Doubling raises that player's MWC to the chances of winning the game. In this position, if white refrains from doubling, she will have a small number of double outs next turn resulting in single wins. But, every time that white fails to jump the three prime, blue will have an immediate double out. Since blue wins more single games, white should keep the cube centered and roll.
