It’s Time To Unstack

Hitting leaves 20 shots. Lifting the 8pt leaves 14. I played to minimize shots and blots.

I figured if the bot missed me, I might never leave another shot. My opponent might be forced to run. Otherwise, it will have to break a point.

One problem with that line of reasoning is that I have so much wastage. Effective pip counts are a near tie, at around 76.5. My opponent wants to run when it rolls big.

XG was kinder to me than the GnuBg trunc. It dinged me 0.14, just shy of the double whopper GnuBg shoved down my throat!

Cell phone users: I am still trying to find a format that works on the small screen. This one has text on the right side of the board diagram on a big screen. On a cell phone or tablet, the text is designed to drop down below the rollout. My original post had them in reverse order.

Is this a good format for you? In particular, is the default sizing on your phone large enough?

This time, I suspect that your screen will be formatted to display at the width of the XG rollout. The rollout, rather than the text box, may be the cause for whatever sizing issues arise. I am curious to know, therefore, whether rollouts in other posts are generally too small on your phone.

Also, are XG rollouts with the board diagram on the left side of the rollout data bad news on the small screen? Is it better to have the data below the screen as the rollout in this post?

Thanks for your help.

Mike
