I'm not a fan of 64P myself. Probably a result of having learned this game in the '70's when you'd be laughed out of the club if you did it. But if you do it I think you are committing yourself to an attacking game plan. Or running. Both of those are aided by 24/16*. At least not a priming plan, so maybe make the Golden Anchor? Me, I'd hit, but I hit. That's what I do.
