I'd play 24/21, not wishing to trade points for a lot of blots and a hit, especially not when the race is close. I'd try to keep structure at my end of the table and so the split is it. Note that many of the anchor making plays will blot. This looks close though. Moving White's blot from the 23 to the 24, and I'd hit.
