Gridgammon to XG

Greetings Folks,

Allow me to introduce myself: My name Omar Shah from Toronto,Canada.I have been lurking on this site for a year or so now and finally mustered up the courage to start posting. I am a fairly strong Novice. I hope to make some constructive contributions in the near future. Until then I have a question. I recently got my computer fixed and lost all previous settings. After playing a match on Gridgammon I wasn't able to open my match via XG. In the past there used to be 3 files saved of same match from which I would pick one and it worked. Now there is only one file saved (Gridgammon format) and I can't seem to open,import nor convert it. Please advise? Thank You in Advance.
