IBC lll update

Hi Keene,

Due to the sheer size of the field, which likely will be in excess of 256, the draw will be announced on October 1.

We have over 34 countries registered. We will start out with 17 16-player brackets and play down to a 32-player playoff. The format is best 2-of-3 for 11 points, and increases to 13 and 15 in the semi-final and final.

We would love for you to participate, however, you would need to be a Scottish citizen and/or long time resident of Scotland.

If for some reason you feel you might qualify, please let me know.
