I'd enter, hit on the 17, and then make the 4 point.

The "safe' play of bar/17*/13 18/14 is worth considering since blue will be ahead in the race after this 33 pip swing. But I like the aggressive play, and think I might have a cube if white fails to hit. Note that 1s and 2s are duplicated to enter and hit.
