Double check to make certain that you have OB 3.70 installed as mine shows that Steven Carey rolled out the bottom 2 plays 46k times.

Anyhow, let me speculate on what is happening here. Everyone knows that it is very clear to make the 3 pt so there's little interest in RO'ing this.

24/16 and 13/5 are possible plays with an opening 62 so the OB picks up that transposition and the RO's.
