Right, 8/2* should be clear to Blue, against White's stacked, non-board plus blot position. And then the best 3 is also clear. If it's not clear, you might play 8/5 6/off, give White a 2, and play from there, and see how quickly White's non-board becomes one, just in time for the shot, if Blue leaves one.
White needs big improvements for the "safe play" 8/5 6/off to become best — like a solid or broken 4-prime, covering the 5-6-7-8 or 5-6-7-9 or 5-6-7-10 or 6-7-8-9 or 6-7-9-10 points. If White's worse than that, for example with the 5-6-7-11 or 6-7-8-11 points made:
