Konstantin asked for the best way to use his limited time to improve at backgammon. Recommending Nackgammon, which you say puts you into 'more complicated positions' which occur with far less frequency in regular backgammon, is not a way to go about doing that. If we want to improve from a 7 PR in regular backgammon we should study the things that most commonly occur in backgammon like races, holding games, the opening game, early blitzes, etc...not overly difficult rarely occurring backgame type decisions.

Nackgammon does not test our 'true PR' except that it tests our true PR at Nackgammon. The best judge of testing our PR at backgammon is, oddly enough, backgammon.
