We are likely to be attacked whether we stay on the 20pt or hop out to the 16pt. I would rather be on the 16pt for these reasons.
  • A running game more suits our position. It gives us the shortest and simplest path to victory.
  • If we do not run, then the 4 should be played by slotting our 2pt or 4pt. In an exchange of hits, however, an interior blot is more of a liability than an asset.
  • If hit, I would rather not see XG slot or point on its 5pt at the same time.
