White's prior roll could have been a 61. One possibility is that she may have had 3 checkers (6 in all in Blue's home board) on blue's 5pt and played 61R, 20/13. In an attempt to make his own 5pt, Blue may have rolled 4x. White has 3 on the bar prior to her 61 and rolled 55, securing Blue's 5 & 10pts.Thanks for the try, though I may be misunderstanding something.
You seem to suggest that the previous position is as shown below, where White rolled 61 and played R (Run, 20/13). Okay. But what would Blue have just reasonably played to reach that position (i.e., the one below)? "4x" is a bit vague. Note Blue could not have hit anything because White does not have a checker on the bar when she follows with her 20/13 play.
Also, keep in mind that at whatever point White rolls 55 with three checkers on the roof, that R (Run, bar/20(3) 20/15) will not be a well-played move if H (Hit, bar/20(3) 15/10* is available -- i.e., if Blue has a blot on White's 10pt.
