I think an opening 3-1 would be a play on. Everything else Kirai in a money game. Equity in the opening position when you can roll doublets is +.12 so double that for the doubled cube and is +.24. After an opening 31 equity is +.254.

So I guess on all other rolls it is Kirai. In matches if people also Kirai after winning the first roll then it is essentially matches point inflation.
