To answer your question,

internet explorer failed to load. It would take multiple clicks to get the damn thing to load. Of course, another programme could be the culprit, I'm not sure. Anyway, I carried out a system restore and everything is OK now. Just wondering if its ok to go ahead and download. BTW I was using System Mechanic utility software at the time!
