First of all, the framework of the OLM should definitely remain the same. I see no reason to change it. The majority gets the final word; even if its wrong!!!

Baseball like cricket is a team sport but also an individual sport.

I recommend two teams with an equal number of Giants on each team. Each team member is responsible for his/her decisions, only.

A within & between player design

Example: (1) 5 members to a team? (2) One master or within OLM (minimum 7pt matches) (3) 10 matches transcribed. (4) The member with the highest PR makes way for another player (its tough but we need a culture of inclusivity) (5)

I'm an ideas man I'm not all that good at implementing stuff, so maybe someone here can work out the logistics.

The learning potential here is astronomical.
