As the maintainer of TigerGammon I may say, that TigerGammon has successfully passed its testing phase and has been released in production mode on Jan. 30. 2014. There is another posting with more details in this forum http://www.bgonline.org/forums/webbbs_config.pl?read=154743

When I see that you are interested in Time Control, that encourages me to implement that, pretty soon.

Check out TigerGammon. It is cool, fast, and has a good support.
