Backgammon and Falafel hit Justified!

After the opening credits the first scene effectively set up the story for some of what happens. In a previous episode a guy (Monroe) was arrested by the Marshal service. This episode starts by a guy coming into the office complaining that the Marshal Service shut down a website that he had $250,000 in on-line winnings. Falafel features prominently. The guy claims that he rivals Falafel in online Backgammon winnings. The Marshal doesn't know anything about Backgammon (or computers for that matter). So the fellow (Larry) says things like (paraphrased) "Falafel, a Backgammon player who has had many magazine articles written about him and features prominently on the internet". The Marshal responds with a flippant remark (regarding falafel) by saying "I never cared much for it, I've always found it's like a cut rate hush puppy".
Ultimately the site (k-y-backgammon) was hacked by someone who put up a fake web page suggesting it was seized by the Marshal's office.
After the first few minutes Backgammon is mentioned on and off (very briefly) through the rest of the episode.
They clearly chose Backgammon because it is a well known game for gamblers ;-)
