I would be able to count the names on 200 ballots in a matter of hours. I would be able to make the new list in a matter of minutes.

And since the ballots are coming in over a long period, there's no reason why the counting can't be done on a running basis as the ballots are received.

It almost seems disrespectful to those players who have spent time gathering info on various players and filling in a ballot that the result is published so long after the voting closed. :-(
