Very nice analysis Nack although I disagree with the choice of making the 5pt. As you wrote the builder on the 11pt is critical factor to consider. I would say the "extra" white builder on the 9pt favours also making the 4pt. The game has good chances to develop to a priming game and although the 5pt is better, black will possibly need to make both points and the best way to do that is to start with the 4pt and create a good distribution for making 5pt the next rolls.
