OTB I would play 13/7 fairly quickly if only because it is easy to see that I will have the advantage after almost all of White's next rolls. Only 11 and 33 allows him to catch up to me in the priming battle.

24/18* leads most likely to a hitting battle where White's gappy two point board is almost as good as my beautiful one with my 5 point made. It's possible after the tactical melee I will emerge with a bigger advantage than if I quietly enter a priming battle instead. However, since complications arising from hitting are not so easy to evaluate, I am going to stay with my first impression of making my bar point, 13/7.
