Sorry, I haven't had time to participate at bgonline lately.

I had forgotten about 64P-55P-65 and 53P-55P-65. Also, now I'm thinking that 52D-55P-65 is an exception (and possibly 52D-55P-62 though it shouldn't matter much). I'll have a real look when I'm back from my trip, possibly update the rule if it seems efficient and warranted.
