Hit, close out, run home.

If you hit loose, aces obviously will hurt a lot, and the hurt might be there on the next turn as well (to a lesser degree). But if you don't hit loose, you will leave direct shots that hurt plus escaping 6s, plus that White would have a roll to cover the blot on the 2 - so that the loose hit next turn becomes more dangerous.

Perfect 5 to 3.5 board advantage, with an anchor, calls for a hit!
