4a5a recube action - help understanding the rollout appreciated

Chris Bray posted this last week as his "Position of the Day". I've since looked at the rollout and I'm not understanding it. I figure I must be missing something. I'll leave this up for a day as a quiz so that folks can comment on it without seeing the rollout, but I'm mainly interested in help with decyphering the rollout numbers. I'll post the rollout tomorrow for further comment.

In particular: what is white's takepoint? What's white's game winning chances? Should white take or pass?
