Weekly tournament entry fee amount

We play a knockout tournament every week (7-point matches). We have an entry fee for everyone and an optional side pool, usually determined by consensus each week.

Here is the dilemma: If the entry fee is too high, the fish don't like it. If the entry fee is too low, the sharks don't like it.

I will appreciate hearing how much your weekly club tournament entry fees are?
