Thank you for replying Bill. I outlined my point of view before, but let me repeat, in case someone have missed.

By allowing to stream his match, the person makes his match public. This goes for the video itself, and for transcripts as well. Players don't get to play, see how well they played, and then decide if they want to post it or not. I have seen many bad matches by very strong players. Everyone has them, because we are only humans. However, it doesn't feel fair to bill Phipps, or Victor, or Neil or..., you name it to post their bad matches, but then make an exception for someone else. I understand if you wish to respect Phil's wishes, and not release the match. However, it will not change a thing. Because if you don't release it, I will have to transcribe and post it myself.
