Another nice tournament by CJC and staff.

Gary Bauer wins two in a row in the finals to avenge a previous defeat in the same fashion. Tough luck for Ben Friesen, who became a two time runner up but is clearly a rising star on the backgammon scene. Interestingly both players played @ over 10 PR in the second match of the finals!

Not too sure about other events and places in consolation etc. I lost in the money round of the consolation to Bruce Russell.

Dion Hogan beat me along his way to the Masters title. Karen Davis was in the finals there again, going through a veritable murderers row of opponents to get there, only to lose. Dion is self assured and confident OTB, and played quite well indeed. He beat many tough players and may have also cashed in the ABT event.
