Backgammon Literature

When Backgammon Bootcamp was first published a dozen or so years ago in serial form on gammonvillage.com, it was essential reading for many of us. Although it was done a while ago (with, as far as I recall, Snowie3), it would be a fine place to start, and it certainly isn't just for beginners/intermediates either. I'm sure XG would find some errors in it here and there, but it should largely stand up today.
