XG: How to edit position from within match or game?

I downloaded and XG game file. One of the positions looked interesting, however, Jacoby was in use.

I want to edit the position by turning off Jacoby and then analyze it.

How do I do it?

I suspect a work-around is to save the ID, exit the game, set up the position, edit and then analyze. However, this is more cumbersome than editing within the game.
