I open the 'savegame' folder, right click on the file, select open with, select GNUBG. If it doesn't work, try a different SGG file. If your files are saved as 'GRIDGAMMON BACKGAMMON MATCH', GNUBG won't be able to open it. You'll need to change how gridgammon saves your matches.

After GNUBG opens, click on 'Analyze', select 'Analyze match or session'. After the analysis is done, click on 'analyze', select 'match or session statistics'. A panel will open which shows the aggregate match statistics, and you can scroll through stats for each individual game, as well.
