Difficult. But I would play 22/15. The main alternative seems to be 8/4 7/4, challenging White to roll a 6 and having two builders to make the bar if missed. It surely loses more gammons, though, and I'm not completely convinced that it wins more games than 22/15. I'm loath to sacrifice our (admittedly broken) five-prime without clearer compensation.

I think it's D/T after either play.
