The consultation works like a consulting chouette. Each team member gets to argue his case, and the captain makes the final decision. Because of the to and fro, consultations tend to be one of the most interesting parts of the OLM.

My style is to go along with the majority unless I have a strong opinion. With a team as good as the Prime Factors, I would be a fool not pay heed to the group mind!
