Rollout: Rip or clear?

I must have been wrong about it being 'obvious' that clearing wins more games and more gammons, but fewer backgammons. From your rollout, it appears that, while the latter two assumptions were correct, ripping actually wins very slightly more games. This means ripping gets hit more often, but wins more after being hit. This was not clear to me due to the fact that a number of shot leaving numbers after ripping are double shots.
