Yes. Before the new neural network for GNUBG was deployed I had the opportunity to run the data with the Depreli data from April 26th, 2013. The 2013 positions are rather close to what Xavier used in his 2012 Depreli update.
You can find the results of Xaviers Depreli update (2012) for XG at this link. You have to scroll down to the Update section for 2012. The data from GNUBG that would be comparable can be found here
I ran the data for both 0.90 (the old neural net) and the new one in 1.00. There is quite an improvement in cube handling and when using odd ply. Another thing to note is that within the context of the Depreli positions GNUbg World Class (2ply) in 1.00 seems to be as strong as GNUbg 4ply in 0.90.
The single biggest difference when looking at the data is the significant improvement with Grandmaster (3ply cube/3ply chequer) between 0.90 and 1.00. With the older neural net - it was generally advised not to use the Grandmaster setting because of the even/odd ply effect. A lot of those issues seems to be mitigated (at least in the context of the Depreli study) with the 1.00 net.
