64 to play, not sure what and why

After I saw this post I too decided to play this out against the computer, and the computer does not even hit me most of the time even when he rolls a 4 or 2. That is the key of the position. White is not ready to contain black here so the only danger black is really in is getting hit twice, but he dupes the 4s nicely with this play.
