It looks like blue has just enough to double for money. Move the checker from the 8pt to the 9pt and I'm not doubling anymore.

AtS white's takepoint in such a race is 24%. So, a small money double becomes a clear medium double AtS. Even with the checker pushed back to the 9pt I think it would be a small technical double.
