I see three candidates: make the 5pt, anchor up 24/18 and then I don't see anything but 11/8 for the three, and hit and run 24/21*/15.

I first discard anchoring up -- too defensive and passive too early in the game. Making the 5pt is good for money, but here it strips the 8pt and doesn't activate any of the spares on the 6pt. Also, white's numbers are nicely diversified after this play, so I think I'd prefer to hit. After the hit white does have good sixes from the bar, but I still don't see other moves as better choices.

Hitting would be my play for both money and DMP.
