Far behind in the race, we generally prefer priming to attacking or racing. The most aggressive priming play is 13/9 6/5, but it doesn't feel to me that we're that desperate yet. And certainly breaking anchor with 24/20 6/5 makes even less sense. So, we're left with 13/8 and 6/2*/1*. I just said that we should generally prefer to prime rather than to attack, but 13/8 is a weak priming play whereas 6/2*/1* is a pretty good attacking play, putting two checkers up when we have the slightly stronger board. I would try 13/8 but without confidence.
