Congratulations to all participants and organizers! It looks promising.

Question - Based on the non-Facebook page I see two players who received "Full Grading" while having an EP of 63. I recall the EP has to be at least 65 for grading. Am I missing something?

I do not want to take anything from the players' achievements or the tournament's success, but believe that there should be no "bending" of the requirement in order to establish a prestigious reputation.
