There's clearly some QF here, but without QF, my answer would be: I would play 17/13 15/13 and be confident that it was a take, and unsure about the double. After any play that leaves a blot, I think it's a double, and maybe some of the weaker plays are D/P.

QF suggests that this is a cube provocation play, i.e., that after 17/13 15/13 it's ND/T, but that there's another play that is better despite the cube action being D/T.
