BuyOuts in Chouettes

Not an expert, but logically, if the box has a partner, they are a 50/50 partner, and the buyout is exactly half the value of each cube. So if partner wants out, then mutually agree for zero, if partner just doesn't want to cube, then partners stake on the cube is 1/4 of a turned cube, unactivated gammons. If the question is take or drop, partner can pass the cube, and just lose half of cube value for each cube - essentially by paying box that takes those points.
The only sketchy part for me is shipping the cubes. In madison we tend to either consent to the decision, or box buys out partner.
