Statistical C.I. Question

It's been a long time since I did confidence intervals and I have a question.

The probability of rolling doubles is 16.67%.

Knowing just this number, is it possible to work out a 95% confidence interval or would you need to generate/observe a number of random dice rolls to work out the mean and standard deviation ?

Thanks for the help.
