for me,

error is > 0.04, blunder is > 0.08, whopper is > 0.1

I find that using the multiples for the large whoppers tend to describe themselves well enough: 'octowhopper', 'pentawhopper' etc. Having a term for a 1.x, thats almost moot isnt it? Don't we call that a Simborg? ;)
