It is pretty standard to call 0.100 a "whopper."
It is increasingly common for people to follow XG's lead and define "blunder" to mean 0.080. I personally feel that it's not useful to have separate names for two thresholds (0.080 and 0.100) that are so close, so I usually try to avoid using the term "blunder."
